The Great HallThe heart of Hoffman Haus is the Great Hall. All our gatherings and events take place there, weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, “girl’s getaway” weekends, business retreats, and more. At the heart of the Great Hall is a beautiful old tobacco barn, dating to 1840, which was brought to Fredericksburg from Kentucky. Decorated in an elegantly simple and serene style, it provides the perfect backdrop for celebrations of all sorts. The Great Hall is also the center of much of the activity at Hoffman Haus. It contains a dining room, where wine and appetizers are served every Friday afternoon. You will also find a library stocked with lots of DVDs, books and magazines for your enjoyment, a professional kitchen and our offices. Our Great Hall is a treasure, and the perfect space for settling in for a fun weekend, or having a great party, in fact it is a lovely space for making wonderful memories!
