Rates & Policies

Room rates are listed with each room description under "Accommodations". Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra guests, in the rooms which can accommodate more than two, are charged $20.00 per night, plus tax. Children seven years and younger are not charged.

A two night minimum is required for all weekend stays. Friday and Saturday may be split with a Thursday or Sunday.

Rooms are available for check-in at 3:00 p.m. Departure is at 11:00 a.m. We make every attempt to honor early arrival requests, but cannot guarantee room availability before 3:00 p.m.

Pets are no longer accepted.

Cancellations

Because of our size, cancellations affect Hoffman Haus significantly. We adhere to a strict policy. Guests may cancel up to 7 days prior to their reservation with no penalty. Within the 7 day period a $25.00 fee is charged. Within 24 hours one night's stay will be assessed. Failure to call and cancel will result in being charged for a complete stay.
